Cute Get Well Card

Although cuteness is not my style, sometimes my eyes just got caught by some extremely cute images. Here comes my take, thanks to the following inspirations!

1. Lawnscaping Challenge - Embossing

2. CAS(E) This Sketch #79

3. ColourQ Challenge #244

Card Details

1. All stamp images are by Lawn Fawn.
2. I used some of Lawn Fawn’s background stamps to create DIY patterned papers, then heat embossed the bandage image over.
3. I have another card using this stamp set.

Boy, with so many white spaces, I am afraid this card is too CAS (Clean and Simple)! Ha!

Watercolored Cheers Card

Today is the end of our long weekend and I am glad I managed to make another card before going to bed! This card was inspired by the following challenges:

1.CASE Study Challenge #193

2.Just Add Ink (JAI) #216 – Just Add Watercolor
3.Color Throwdown # 294

4.Less is More Challenge Week 174– More Than One Stamp

2.Text die is by My Favorite Things.

Remark

This card was chosen as Case Study #193 Winner with the following compliment:

Such a striking effect! The contrast between the watercoloured Hortensia flower and the muted background is fantastic, also notice the balance Helen achieved by placing the cluster of sequins and the sentiment in two peripherals. Sweet!
