Hi Artsy Friends,
It’s time to play along with Happy Little Stampers Stencil Challenge again. The April Challenge Theme remains to be Anything Goes.
For Challenge Rules and other DT’s inspirations, please check out the Challenge Blog. Please join us for the fun. I can’t wait to see what you have come up with.
This month I made a card merely applying simple stenciling and layered stamping. Hope my card is inspirational to you. Thanks for stopping by and have a lovely day.
Card Details
The following are how I made the card.
1. Applied die inks on stamps to create layered stamped Hydrangea and leaves. Die cut flower and leaves.
3. Stamp sentiment in black directly on Hydrangea.
Challenges Entered
I did not play with the twist.
It’s extremely difficult to choose between Recycle and Buy New, but for this challenge I chose Buy New because I have more and more new art stuffs occupying my space and my recycle/leftover art stuffs continue to pile up. Ha! The flower set and sentiment are never-before-used new stuffs.
I love layered stamping, especially for flowers. Layered stamped flower looks so vivid and life-like. I just adore it.
