Welcome Sweet Baby
A colleague recently got a baby boy and I finally squeezed time to make a card for her. This is my very first card in 2015!
Yes, it is a baby boy card and I think Clean and Simple (CAS) Monochromatic cards are perfect for baby cards because a baby is clean and simple, isn’t it?
The card is also for the following challenges:
1.Freshly Made Sketches #171
2.Simon Says Stamp Wednesday Challenge - Anything Goes
3.Less is More – Little Ones
4.Addicted to Stamps and More Challenge #129 – Clean and Simple
Card Details
1.The focal stamp is by Stampin’ Up, the Tiny Star BG is by Hero Arts and the rest stamps are by Simon Says stamp.
2.The footprints were done using the 3D Embossing technique which was demonstrated by Kristina Werner in Clean & Simple Techniques Made Simple 4. It is a pity that the silver embossing was not shown through the photo!
Hope this card is eye-pleasing to you!

ReplyDeleteSuch a sweet card. Love your card making style a lot. Its great to know a stamper from Taiwan, a lovely island where my new wedded life began and i resided there for 4 long years before relocating to UAE. Love Taiwan a lot...It would be great if you could share any craftstores in Tainan which supplies MS punches, Stamps, stencils, mists, as i will be visiting Taiwan in Oct 2015 :) Thanks in advance,
ReplyDeleteHi Sathya, I am so glad to read your message and also excited to learn that you have had experiences living in Taiwan. I live in Taipei, the capital city of Taiwan. My number one recommendation for brick and mortar craftstores in Taipei is Created With Love (http://www.pcstore.com.tw/cwlinc/ you may check its online shop to see if they carry the supplies you desire). Number two recommendation is Diyart (http://www.diyart.com.tw/front/bin/ptdetail.phtml?Part=41-942&Category=433597 ). As to Tainan, our cultural capital city, I am not sure if there are specific stamping related craftstores. Yet chain department stores may have corners of craft supplies. Will you be stopping by Taipei?
DeleteIf my time allows, I might be able to meet with you to chat about stamping stuff. Keep in touch!
