You Warm My Heart – MCC#102 & Color Challenge#14

I made this card for More Cards Challenge #102, a Color Challenge below.
MCC #102

This is the last card I made for More Cards Challenge as a DT member. I have decided to resign starting from 2014 due to limited available time.

It is a very simple card which is in fact a postcard. I simply colored the image by watercolor pencils and then shaded by a wet brush pen.

這張卡為魔卡挑戰#102-顏色挑戰14而做，是魔卡挑戰在2013年的最後一次挑戰。Helen在2014年因個人時間因素，將不再擔任魔卡挑戰的示範團隊成員，在此向大家說聲抱歉，也以這張明信片卡向眾多時常參加魔卡挑戰的同好們說聲Bye Bye了。同時也祝福大家，在2014年繼續創作愉快，以卡會友！

對了，這張明信片卡要寄給阿閑，謝謝妳寄來的明信片卡，在寒冬中著實溫暖了Helen的心田！

卡片說明

1.印章圖案出自My Favorite Things。
2.上色技法為水彩色鉛筆上色技法
3.白色雪花是用最近非常夯的浮雕膏(Embossing Paste)和型版(Stencil)做出。

高貴冷豔的結婚卡 – MCC #101 構圖#13

辦公室有同仁先斬後奏 - 結了婚才通知訊息，因為籌備宴客的過程太過麻煩了，所以跳過！哈，真的很另類也很不可思議！雖然如此，Helen還是親手做了張卡片，讓部門同仁寫上祝福話語，相信這張卡片比十來個紅包更珍貴。

MCC #101

構圖採用魔卡挑戰#101的構圖(如圖二)，左右對調；整個版面非常乾淨，銀色燙凸後卻又非常華麗，同事們都非常喜歡，事實上是嘖嘖稱奇喔！是的，對於不知道有凸粉、熱風槍、刀模片、小綠(或大人物)等玩意兒的人，是很難想像這張卡片是如何完成的，難怪會「哇」！

因為銀色燙凸和橢圓花邊會反光，這張照片賣相平平，附上燙凸效果如圖三，讓大家可以實際的質感，稍微平反一下！

You’re an 11 – MCC#100 Anything Goes and a Giveaway!

I hope this card’s background technique and card design look mysterious to you because I intended to enter it into Simon Says Stamp Monday Challenge – It’s a Mystery! For me, something that I can’t figure it out at first sight is mysterious! Ha!

In addition, this card was made for More Cards Challenge #100 – Anything Goes and I would like to dedicate it to MCC hostess – Rainny. I salute to her for her big heart to host More Cards Challenge on a bi-weekly basis in the past four years. Her passion, discipline and persistence have no doubt won my respect and I am so proud to have been in her design team since the very beginning.

Dear Rainny, on a scale from one to ten, you’re an 11! Bravo and well done!

Photo II shows how the card looks like when you open it. I learn this card structure from a recent class named Holiday Card Workshop offered by Online Card Classes.

本週魔卡挑戰進入第100次挑戰了，這真是件了不起的事，讓我們一起給瑞尼最熱烈的掌聲吧！一份義務工作，憑藉的是熱忱、毅力或甚至是使命感，能夠持之以恆即將進入第四個年頭，這真不是常人做得到的，Helen要向瑞尼致上最高的敬意，台灣卡界有妳真好！Helen也很榮幸從一開始就是MCC展示團隊的成員，除了激勵自己不要怠惰，也希望能為台灣卡界盡點心力！

You’re an 11 – Cards for Cath

I would like to dedicate this card to Cath Edvalson, host of Moxie Fab World website and Trends Editor for Paper Crafts Magazine. It is shocking and sad news that she has recently decided to step down from this position.

Under her leadership, Moxie Fab World had been a fun and cheerful place to visit. It is a source full of stamping knowledge, inspirations and product trends. Besides, Cath is very important to me because she discovered me out of hundreds of stampers and gave me a spotlight in the honorable Moxie Fabber of the Week Column.

Dear Cath, you inspire me. On a scale from one to ten, YOU’RE AN 11! I am already missing you and I hope to see you very soon somewhere in the stamping world. I am sure you will be as bright as sunshine no matter where you are.

Cath is so well loved that there is a Moxie Fab Blog Hop consisting of 285 well-known professional stampers’ cards for her. There is also another activity named Cards for Cath for stampers like me to express my thoughts and bid farewell to Cath. Please do check out these two links.

Baby Girl Card - MCC#98 Sketch Challenge

I needed to make a card for More Card Challenges MCC#98 – Sketch Challenge and I needed to make a baby girl card for a colleague of mine! Voila! This is what I got!

This is a very simple card – simply stamping, simply die cutting and simply dry embossing. Besides, I think monochrome fits perfectly to baby cards. Anyway, I personally like this card very much!

1. All stamps are by Stampin’ Up.
2. Oval Doily Die is by My Favorite Thing and Emboss Folder is by Sizzix.

魔卡挑戰MCC #97挑戰主題為水彩暈染技法，看完Valerie老師的示範後，Helen馬上就想到那買來就一直擱著的Twinkling H2O(珠光水彩粉餅)，此時不用更待何時呢？謝謝瑞尼的出題和Valerie老師的示範，也邀請大家參加挑戰喔！

卡片說明

1. 花朵印章出自Hero Arts，運用Paper Piecing(剪紙拼貼)技法。
2. 字章及刀模出自Simon Says Stamp。
3. 背景以Twinkling H2O(珠光水彩粉餅)完成，非常簡單。

Card Details

1. All stamps are by Stampin’ Up. They happened to be free stamps from Hostess and Sale-A-Bration in the past.

2. Hydrangea was heat embossed in Gold. It seems that Stampin’ Up’s gold embossing powder is not gold and glitter enough!

3. The flower and leaves were colored by Ranger Distress Markers.

4. The fishtail tag border was covered by Ranger Suze Weinberg Glitz Stickles Champagne which is so glittering gold!

這張卡靈感來自兩個挑戰(網址詳英文部分)，圖片如圖二、三與四。為切合金色挑戰主題，繡球花以金粉燙凸，不過SU的金色凸粉感覺不夠金、不夠閃亮，倒是亮膠非常搶眼，也讓這張卡片素雅中帶些貴氣！瑞尼很認真辦魔卡挑戰喔，出題很用心又有獎品，請大家多參加捧場！

搬到新家(Google Blogger)已經一個禮拜了，雖然已經有個樣子，還是有很多東西要調整，例如：Helen想把原先清一色中文的標籤改成英中文並存，就是一個不小的工程。調整的過程，今天偶然讀到這篇文章，心中一下子又甜蜜又傷感，當時的情景也浮上心頭。啊！這就是回憶。這也讓Helen馬上想起目前魔卡挑戰#95的主題，正是「回憶」，然而示範卡截止日前Helen完全沒有 Fu，於是只好缺席，真是對不起瑞尼！

哈哈！既然現在非常有Fu，馬上就做！

Helen覺得卡片上散落的愛心，就像當時女兒撿起的散落一地的桂花，很傳神，是吧？而這回憶讓Helen更加思念離家不到一個月的小女兒。

這張卡片主要為魔卡挑戰#90照片聯想題9而做。

Merriest Wishes 〜魔卡挑戰 #89 不合時宜的耶誕卡

西方人流行在七月做耶誕卡，所以有所謂的「Christmas in July」這個詞彙，魔卡挑戰#89瑞尼出的題目-不合時宜的耶誕卡，哈哈！有異曲同工的感覺喔！而，大熱天做雪花卡還真有消暑的感覺哩！

卡片說明

1. 所有印章出自Hero Arts。
2. 背景技法為復古壁紙技法（Antique Wallpaper）。
瑞尼非常認真辦這些挑戰活動，請大家多捧場喔！

Get Well Soon〜魔卡挑戰#87 兩支打洞器

這張卡片是為魔卡挑戰#87- 兩支打洞器所做的示範卡，同時送給了一位因椎間盤脫出而開刀的同事！

從用色上大家應該猜的出，This is a HIS card-是送給男生的卡片！事實上Helen是先挑了紙膠帶，就是卡片左邊的橫紋，然後依紙膠帶上的顏色蓋上字章！簡單、清爽，自己還蠻喜歡的！

而本張卡片的靈感來源為Jennifer McGuire的這張卡片！Helen一看就喜歡的不得了，但又不想抄襲，於是做了些調整，生出了自己的版本！對於這種以字章為主角的卡片，Helen並不常做，也許以後會多嘗試！

2. 邊條打洞器出自Martha Steward，三愛心打洞器出自Stampin Up。

Love 〜魔卡挑戰#86 多層次刀模吊飾卡

沒想到Helen有將近兩個月沒有耕耘部落格了！唉！在忙什麼真是罄竹難書！就先分享已做好卻一直沒時間上傳的作品吧！

這張卡片是為魔卡挑戰#86-多層次刀模吊飾卡所做的示範卡，打算送給小女兒小時候的保母！小女兒今夏過後就要到美國念大學了，不要說我們和長輩們捨不得，保母也很捨不得！藉此張卡片表達我們對保母一直以來的謝意，也讓小女兒的照片能陪伴著保母！

卡片說明

1.背景印章出自Hero Arts。

2.刀模出自Spellbinder Nestability。

彩虹母親節卡〜魔卡挑戰#85賓果3

這是一張彩虹色彩的母親節卡！主要為魔卡挑戰#85賓果3而做，其他參加的挑戰都是搭便車喔！

Helen的賓果有兩條線，最右邊的直線：背景章、訂書針、字章和最下面橫線：燙凸、撕紙、字章。

這張卡片同時參加的MUSE挑戰，是由格友票選出最欣賞的卡片，不管有沒有參加挑戰都可以投票！投票時間為4月28日凌晨起24小時截止，Helen的卡片是第24號，大家如果有空，拜託前去投票給Helen喔！先謝了！

卡片說明
1.     所有印章出自Hero Arts。

2.     大家應該一眼就看出來Helen又再玩燙凸抗色了，只不過這次上色的媒材是Distress Stain (復古染色劑)，七個顏色依序上完色後再噴上(加上金質粉)的水，讓色與色之間融合得更自然，真是非常簡單！
3.   愛心部分是由遮蔽技法完成。
